OrientationAt the outset of change, as movement toward centering stillness there is stasis. At another time, under different circumstances stasis would occur as the result of stagnation.
As you move toward stillness, you may feel the decline in moving on. Instead, the movement is into an unproductive stasis.
ReflectionReflect upon any discomfort occasioned by moving away from old and familiar patterns as necessary accompaniment to growth and centering.
In my limitation I might wish for no movement: That reality might simply be---still and immutable. Yet as I ponder these errant desires it is I who knows that the freedom of life is given me through all movement and change, along with stillness.
